I'm Suesan Pawlitski, and I started Tone-Up Santa Barbara in 1996, because I know there is more to leading an active lifestyle than by simply exercising. Both the mind and body must be engaged to have a healthy life. Tone-Up is a community of women who share and support each other, while guiding you to reach your fitness goals. We are serious (in a fun way!) about fitness at Tone-Up SB... You will build resistance to injury while improving strength, tone, endurance, balance, coordination, and agility.
 

Be prepared to stay for a long time! Continuity is key; we want to keep you coming back! After all, we're nothing without you!

    We specialize in Personal Training, Semi-Personal Training, as well as the original barefoot barre classes, Tone-Up, and a Stretch class. Classes are multi-level for both beginners and athletes.
