Semi-Personal Training/ One-on-One Training
Semi-Personal Training is a unique, supervised, customized workout comprised of timed intervals utilizing free weights, machines, cardio equipment, balls, bands, core strengthening and stabilization toys, AND a certified personal trainer.
brand new to exercise, returning from an injury, or an athlete, it's
an ideal workout format. You can choose to workout any amount of time up to the full hour. With just a few sessions a week,
you'll make great strides in endurance, strength, agility,
balance and coordination. Class size is limited to fulfill each individual's needs. SPT (SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING) classes are designed to fit your schedule and meet your health and fitness
goals. Because of the limited class size and individual attention you
deserve, appointments are a necessity.

BY APPOINTMENT Single class @ $25 each BUY 8 - GET 9 - SPT classes Monthly @ $194
$237 Unlimited all classes (including Group Fitness Classes)
A monthly commitment is necessary in order to book a permanent spot.
Cancellation Policy: MUST be phoned in by 5PM the day before your
class or full price is charged. Unlimited members get a $10 late cancellation charge.
ONE-ON-ONE/DUET PERSONAL TRAINING @ $80 for one or two people; $568 for 8 sessions.
