    Tone-Up Santa Barbara is designed for mature, active women to have a place that suits their fitness needs. We specialize in Personal Training, Semi-Personal Training, as well as Suesan's original barefoot barre classes, Tone-Up, plus cardio and stretch classes. Classes are multi-level for both beginners and athletes.
    We're not fancy; not a franchise or a big box gym. We've got all you need to be accountable and successful. Our all-woman, locally owned and operated studio offers not only a unique workout, but we make it an enjoyable experience. No Jumping Jacks! No Burpees! No yelling! Our semi-private classes are designed to change and grow with your needs. You’ll get the attention you deserve – even in a group setting.

    I'm Suesan Pawlitski, and I started Tone-Up Santa Barbara in 1996, because I know there is more to leading an active lifestyle than by simply exercising. Both the mind and body must be engaged to have a healthy life. Tone-Up is a community of women who share and support each other, while guiding you to reach your fitness goals. We are serious (in a fun way!) about fitness at Tone-Up SB... You will build resistance to injury while improving strength, tone, endurance, balance, coordination, and agility.

    Be prepared to stay for a long time! Continuity is key; we want to keep you coming back! After all, we're nothing without you!
